Hell's Kitchen Penthouse
Formerly a blank slate of concrete and chain-link
fence, this penthouse garden now offers multiple
areas to enjoy the surrounding view of mid-town
Manhattan.
Our design delivered the client's main goal to create
separate spaces within the garden. We added new
materials including ipe decking, lawn and outdoor
rugs to anchor different furniture settings. Hydrangea
and Laurel hedges also help to create separation
between the sitting and lounge areas.
The trees flanking the dining section each have
up-lights which transform the garden into a romantic
setting at night. Be sure to check out the before
