Empire State Building views set the backdrop for this Kips Bay Terrace in eastern Manhattan. Existing concrete pavers were swapped for natural blue stone in the dining area of the terrace to bring a feeling of warmth to the terrace.
Synthetic lawn maximizes the green effect on this small terrace and provides visual separation between the lounge and sitting areas.
Specimen evergreens were used for year round interest since the apartment has a solid wall of windows facing the terrace.
